Spicy Fish Tacos

Spicy Fish Tacos
Adapted from a recipe found in Cooking Light (I think). (Please pardon the horrid pinkish lighting in my kitchen.)

Firm white fish (cod here) seasoned with paprika, chili powder, and cumin. Pan fried using a non-stick pan and just a tiny bit of olive oil. Fat free flour tortillas. Creme made with fat-free sour cream, chopped cilantro, garlic, and lime juice. Serve with avocado (or your taco toppings of choice) and a squeeze of lime.

some light cooking for the fish, tons of chopping for the cabbage, red onion, cilantro, parsley…etc. First time making taco. It’s a dish that appears to be easy but require a good deal of preparation. Going to stick with the taco truck from now on.
